What is your return policy for water sports equipment?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and nature of eFoils, restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.

How do I maintain the battery and motor of my eFoil?

After every salt water session, it is critical to rinse the board, mast, and motor with fresh water. Ensure the battery connectors are dry before charging and store the battery in a cool, dry place at approximately 50-60% charge for long-term storage.
