Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

    Prepare the Shipment

    Securely pack your Waydoo equipment in its original factory box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided return label or ship the package using a trackable carrier to our California-based inspection facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
